We are dedicated to CNC machining. Not only do we employ highly
trained and creative cnc turning and cnc milling engineers but we use the latest CNC
lathes and machining centres to compliment their skills. Based near Gatwick
Airport in Surrey we look forward to meeting you some time in the near

Our business is highly diverse. We machine components for
virtually every sector of industry in all shapes and sizes.
Our trained cnc engineers are committed to provide you with a
rapid turnaround of quality components. We programme our CNC
machines off line using Licom Alpha Cam computer systems
and the control of the machining throughout the factory is
managed using bar codes that link every job to our Factory
Master MRP System. Delivering on time is important to us.

Quality department is also a key factor to maintaining
consistency. Approved to the British Standard ISO 9001:
2000 we have carefully invested each year, not only in certified
ring and plug gauges, but also on the complete range of cnc measuring
equipment needed in a modern inspection department and also out
in the busy turning and milling machine shops. |

History

Formed in 1996 by the Directors Andy Armstrong and David
Gorsuch the Redline CNC originally operated from a 1000 sq
ft factory premises in Reigate, Surrey. Within 2 years
these buildings were outgrown and in 1998 the Company moved to
a new site in Horley. In July
2007 a new purpose built factory was completed in
Salfords, Redhill which is now the main production centre
for the Company. |
