Our tooling is precision manufactured in the UK from High Grade Stainless Steel or Aluminium Tooling Plate for High Volume Fully Automatic packaging machines.

Once your drawings have been converted into CNC Machine Code we can be in production in a matter of hours, depending on the availability of your choice of materials. Delivery of the finished sets can be as little as 4 days to a more normal turn around of 2 weeks.

There are three main variations of blister pack tooling that we produce:

Trapped Blister: Where a cavity is encapsulated between two layers of card.
Heat Sealer Blister: Where the cavity is heat applied to the backboard.
The Clam Pack: Here your product and card inlay are sandwiched between two layers of plastic.

Your card inlays and backboards can still be printed on each side. The majority of cavities can still have screen printing applied.
